How much is shipping?

Orders of $39.00 or more ship free inside the United States. Below that, a flat $6.99 covers packing and carrier handling, whatever the pack count.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at present. We ship to US addresses only.

Can I pick my order up at the shop?

Web orders are shipped, not held for collection. If you want to buy in person, come to 47 Avenue A, New York, NY 10009, United States during opening hours (Mon–Fri 09:00–21:00 · Sat–Sun 09:00–20:00) and buy across the counter.

Can I return a pack of bags?

We issue the refund within 5–7 business days of the return arriving. Your bank then takes its own one to five days to show it.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, before it is picked, which is usually within about 12 hours on a business day. After dispatch it becomes a return.

No. Width × depth × height is the bag body, as printed by each maker; handles add roughly two to three inches above the top edge.
