Terms of Service

You may browse, order and quote from this site for your own use. You may not scrape it, copy its product text wholesale, or resell its content. Prices, descriptions and availability may change without notice; we correct errors when we find them.

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you a dispatch confirmation, not when the order is submitted. If a pack turns out to be unavailable or mispriced, we will tell you and refund in full rather than substitute something quietly.

All prices are in United States dollars. Sales tax is not added at checkout; the price displayed when you place the order is the price charged.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, WeChat Pay, Klarna and Afterpay. Payment is taken at checkout; an order is not queued for packing until payment clears.

Handling takes 1–2 business days and carrier transit normally 3–7 business days, to US addresses only. Full detail, including cost, is on the Shipping Policy page.

Unused packs may be returned within 30 days. The conditions, and who pays return postage, are set out on the Refund and Returns Policy page.

Dimensions, pack counts and materials are taken from each maker’s carton, size card and listing. Photographs are illustrative; paper colours vary between screens and between production runs, and makers occasionally change a handle or a carton without notice. Where a size matters, measure what you plan to put in the bag against the listed width, depth and height, or call the shop before ordering.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or affects statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States.

We update this page when the way we operate changes. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
