Privacy Policy

• Order details — name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone, and the packs ordered.
• Account details — only if you choose to create an account: email, password hash, saved addresses.
• Support messages — whatever you write to us through the contact form, chat panel or email, kept with the related order.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site working.

Card numbers never reach this website. Payments are processed by our payment provider on their own systems; we receive only a confirmation, the last four digits and the authorisation result.

• To pack, ship and track your order.
• To answer your messages and handle returns.
• To meet tax and accounting obligations, which require us to keep sales records.
• To detect and stop fraudulent orders.

Only the parties that have to: the carrier (name, address, phone for delivery), the payment processor (billing details), and our email and hosting providers. None of them may use your details for their own marketing. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.

This site sets a cart cookie so your basket survives a page reload, and a session cookie if you log in. Blocking cookies in your browser will break the cart but nothing else.

Order records are kept for seven years because tax rules require it. Support messages are kept for two years. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account.

Write to [email protected] to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not legally required to keep it. We reply within 1 business day and complete the request within 30 days. We do not send marketing email.

This shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16; if we learn that we have, we delete it.
