Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses in the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. If the carrier cannot deliver to the address you entered, we will tell you before the order leaves rather than let it bounce.

Orders of $39.00 or more ship free inside the United States. Below that, a flat $6.99 covers packing and carrier handling, whatever the pack count.

The exact amount is shown in the cart before you pay. No shipping charge is added after checkout.

• Handling (picking, packing, label): 1–2 business days after payment clears.
• Carrier transit: 3–7 business days for standard domestic service.
• Total, order to doorstep: 4–9 business days in most of the country.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and US federal holidays. Orders placed outside shop hours start their handling window on the next business day.

Shop hours: Mon–Fri 09:00–21:00 · Sat–Sun 09:00–20:00.

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the label. You can also follow an order from the Track Your Order page using your order number and the email address used at checkout.

We ship to the address exactly as entered. If a parcel comes back as undeliverable because the address was incomplete or wrong, we will contact you and reship once it is corrected; the second label is charged at the flat rate.

Tell us within 7 days of the delivery scan (or of the expected delivery date if the parcel never arrives) and we will open a carrier claim and either replace the pack or refund it. A photograph of the carton helps but is not a condition of the claim.

Web orders are not held for collection at the shop, and we do not offer same-day courier delivery or timed delivery windows. If you want to buy in person, the counter is open during the hours above.
